Super Matte Surface Oil Review

Hey girls!

In today's post is going to be a review about the super matte nail polish.
In past month I have been seeing matte nails in photos on instragram and I wanted to have mine matte too.

The process of matte nails is very simple. First do a coat or two of your desire nail polish. Of course it should be a glossy finish. After it is fully dry apply the super matte as a normal polish. Just one coat you need. It is amazing how from glossy to matte it turns. As simple as that!

It dries super quickly and smells like a top coat.
I've noticed that it helps the nail polish from chipping easily.
I love this super matte nail polish.

I have purchased it from the pharmacy but I found it on eBay too for cheaper.

Make up tutorial

Hi pretty girls!

It's been a while since I've been thinking about doing makeup tutorials. I will try my best to explain how to create the look.

This look is perfect for going out at night or for every day look.

I haven't used the naked palette 2 from Urban Decay very much so I decided to create a lovely easy look.

Let's get started!

I primed my eyelids with the 'W7 prime magic eye primer'.

I will be using the Urban Decay naked 2 brush and from the flat side using 'foxy' for under the brow bone.

From the blending side of the blush. Place 'Tease' right were the bone is in the crease and blend it. Get a deeper brown shade, I used the brown from the palette I got on my birthday but you can use 'salbe' from the Lorac pro palette and blend it right on top 'tease' in the crease.

With the ring finger place 'suspect' all over your lid.

From the flat side of the blush use 'blackout' and place it at a 'U'  shape at the outer corner of the eye. Use bit by bit. The last step blend the black with the brown together.

Place again 'blackout ' with the flat side of the blush underneath your bottom lash line.

Use your favourite maskara or you can do false eyelashes.

Lips you could do any colour you like, red, pink or nude.

Birthday haul.

Hi pretty girls!

Three days ago it was my birthday and I turned 21 years old. I had an amazing time with my friends and family.

I am blessed to have these amazing people around me.
I am happy with everything I got and I can't wait to start using them.

I thought to share with all of you what I got.




My parents gave me a card and inside there was some money.

  They gave me this perfume set from Celine Dion -Pure Brilliance. It smells amazing.

I am horrible in describing scenes so I found how it smells. "Has top notes of fruity aromas of per and apple- accompanied by green leaves and freesia. a heart encompasses honeysuckle and lily of the valley on a base of blond wood."

It come with a shower gel, perfume and the body butter.

This palette is gorgeous! I don't usually buy palettes with these colors but I can't wait to start using it.

Most of the colors are matte.

The last thing I got from my parents is this beautiful shirt. It is white and got flower details with rhinestones.

Lately I have been trying different brands of dry shampoo and she knows it.

I have never seen this dry shampoo in stores.















From a friend - Argan oil Travel set

My friend knows that I love travel sets so she got me this amazing Argan oil with Moroccan Argan oil extract.

It comes with the shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment and cleansing facial wipes.

Can't wait to use them and let you guys knows what I think.

Monthly Favorites - March

Hello girls!

Another month passed by and it's time for my monthly favorites. I don't have many products to talk about but from this month I will let you guys know what are my favorite music, movie and app of the month.
Let get started!

W7- Prime magic eye primer
This is my first product I have tried from this brand. I've been using it for the past week and it impressed me. It is amazing eye primer as high end primers. It last all day and you don't need much, a little goes a long way. You can find it in the drugstore or in boots.

Etre belle lip liner (No: 28)

This month I have been obsessed with this lip liner. I have been using it pretty much everyday. I love purple and this have a tint of purple. It will last on your lips if you won't drink and eat. On one end it have a lip brush so it was great to place another color on my lips.

 

 

The balm lipstick (No: 136)

When I seen this product on eBay I was curious about it. I love this lipstick, the formula is like a balm but it gives you the color on your lips. You could make it sheer or built it up.

Plus the price was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.. But now I noticed that the seller increased the price but it is still very cheap. You can find it on

Urban decay - Naked 3

This palette I have been using it almost every day. I love pink eye shadows so this was the perfect palette for me. I am sure that most of you have it but if you don't have it, go and pick it up. In my opinion this is the best palette from there others Naked palettes.



 

Velvet nail polish

Every time I was painting my nails I was always putting the velvet on top and I got so many compliments about them. It is very easy to apply first apply the first coat of nail polish to your fingernails and let them fully dry, then apply a second coat of nail polish to your fingernails (do one finger at a time) and immediately pour the velvet on the polish.

Products I've used up - Empties products - March 2014

Hi beauties!

In today's blog I will talk about the products I've used up and if I recommend them or not.
Let's get started!

Cien - Gentle cleanser milk
I've used it up months ago and it was very gentle. The product is liquidy. It worked wonderful on my skin. After the first used, my skin felt like a baby butt but it took me a while to get used of the smell. You can find it in the drugstore. I wont purchase it for now but maybe in the future I will again.

 

Rimmel London nail rescue                                       I love this nail hardener, it makes my nails stronger and helps them grow. I highly recommend it. In the photo you might see there's few more but it is dried up. Now they changed their packaging. 

Paul Mitchell super skinny serum                             I have thick hair and sometimes it can be a painful to straight my hair and becomes perfect. From when I started using it on a my hair when it's not wet either dry it so much more easier. It smells good and makes the hair super soft after. But have to keep in mind not to put too much close to the roots or it will look like you have oily hair. A little goes a long way. I already purchased it.

Cien shampoo repair and care

I used two bottles of this shampoo, I love it! Worked wonderful to my thick hair but now it makes my hair so oily. I will not repurchase it again for now but probably in the near future I will. 

Nivea pure & natural

Milk and honey

I used so many of this lip balm and I love it. Smells amazing and makes your lips so soft. I use it before I go to bed. I already repurchased it.

GD volume maskara

This is my third one of this maskara and I love it. It makes my eyelashes super longgg and it doesn't clump. It is waterproof. I get compliments how long my eyelashes are. But the sad thing is that I cant find it anywhere. It is my favourite maskara of all times! 

Teddy line maskara

I like this maskara but it's not waterproof as it says. It makes my eyelashes long. But it's the same thing with this maskara I cant find it anywhere.

La Roche-posay sunscreen

There isn't much to say about it. But the best thing about it that it didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I will repurchase it again but this time 25 UV ultra.

Monthly Favorites - February

Hi girls!

I decided to start doing my monthly favorites every month.

Today is about February favorites.
Let get started!

For the past month I have been using the cleanser from acne.org . It is a really good cleanser and I have acne prone skin and it works wonderful. I don't feel oily anymore and it helps so much with my acne. You can purchase it on their site Www.acne.org . They even ship international.

I have been loving these wipes they are from beauty iseree. I have been using them to remove my make up before cleansing and they remove EVERYTHING. Water proof eyeliner, maskara... I highly recommend them and you can find them at the drugstore. 

The next favourite is a foundation brush. I have bought it on sammydress for a cheap price.  I think it wasn't more then 7 dollars. I LOVE the brush. It is so dense and soft. 

I'm not fan of eyeliners but I found one that I really like. It goes on smooth and it is super pigmented and last a long time on.

I am obsessed with maskara. I don't go out without putting some on my eyelashes. I have tried a new brand this time and it is "Easy Paris". Can find it in the drugstore. It makes my eyelashes super longgg and amazing. I don't think so you can see well in the photo but the upper part the brissils are longer than the bottom. 

Im obsessed with purple eyeshadow and when I seen the palette I knew I had to have it. It is from sammydress and again it was very cheap, not more than 5 dollars. The colours are long lasting.  I was surprised that it stayed on for 7 hours without greasing and without primer. I think the brand is "^.colour" and the palette number is 06.

My last favorite is another palette. A lot of you have it. It is the naked palette 2. I have been using it everyday in morning before going to school for more than a month. It is neutral palette.

Make-Up Must Haves!

Are you new into makeup? Beginner?

I chose top 11 products so you'll have all you need in your makeup bag!

1. Foundation

Choosing the right foundation for your skin type and tone is at the epicenter of your beauty regime. But before you delve into the wide world of foundation colors, you should start by narrowing down what type of foundation you’re going to try. Foundation comes in a cream, a powder, a stick and the well-known liquid form.

 

For dry skin, you have the greatest range of options and you can choose from stick foundation, powder foundation (making sure it is hydrating) or liquid foundation.

 

For combination skin, use powder foundation. This way you can dab on more powder in your oily areas and less where you don’t need it. Stay away from stick or liquid foundation, as it won’t apply as smoothly as powder.

 

For oily skin, your options are powder or liquid foundation, making sure that both are oil-free formulas. Oily skin tends to react well to mineral makeup, so it might be worth having a look at the mineral ranges too.

 

As for color, place the swatch of the foundation to your jawline.

 

2. Concealer

 

 

Very few of us are lucky enough to enjoy porcelain skin that experiences a minuscule blemish once every leap year. Instead, quite frequently there are spots, dots and lots we want to cover up.

 

It’s  very important to match your concealer to your skin type. If you get a shade too light, you’ll look like you’ve got tan marks from wearing sunglasses, and if you get a shade too dark you’re going to look tired and worn out.

 

 So just like you tested your foundation, you should test your concealer on your jawline too. The shade should be a little lighter than your foundation. Don’t go too light, but just light enough to brighten up the area.

 

3. Eyelash curler



This is an absolute make-up bag must-have: an eyelash curler. Not only does this tool make your eyelashes curlier, but it also adds an element of length and thickness. When used correctly, it can transform your lashes from drab to fab!

These days you can choose from a standard eyelash curler found in chemists, or a heated eyelash curler. Both are effective and it’s simply a matter of personal choice as to what you end up with.

 

Whichever version you select, just make sure you keep it clean and change the pads of your curler regularly so you don’t risk eye infections or irritations.

 

4. Mascara

 

 



 

Mascara is probably one of the most popular makeup products out there. From thickening to plumping to lengthening and curling, the options are endless. So which one do you choose?

 

First you need to figure out what you want your mascara to do. If you have long, silky eyelashes then maybe you want your mascara to hold the curl? Perhaps you have short eyelashes that you’d like to lengthen? Or maybe you have naturally light eyelashes and you’d like to darken and define them?

 

Once you have figured out what you want your mascara to do, you can choose the color. If you don’t want to experiment with blue or other colors, then stick to plain black. It’s always a winner. Otherwise, for a more natural look you can try out brown.

 

5. Eye shadow

 

 

Eye shadow is one of those beauty products that can either work to accentuate your beauty, or alternatively make you look like you’ve been at the finger paint. So choosing your eye shadow wisely is crucial.

 

Go to a beauty counter, get them to apply a few colors and ask their advice. Tip: choose someone with a make-up style you admire to help you out.

 

Blue eyes: Try shades of pink, purple, orange and silver. Avoid shades of blue and green.

Green eyes: Try shades of red and gray even copper, gold and purple.

Brown eyes: Try shades of well, anything. You’re pretty darn lucky actually. I’d stay away from pinks, blues and greens though. But earth colours, purples and golds all look smashing on you.

Hazel eyes: Can experiment with loads of shades, but I’d try before you buy.

6. Eyeliner

 

The picture frame of your eyes, eyeliner is another must-have beauty product.

 

You can either have a pencil eyeliner, liquid eyeliner or powder eyeliner. You can also make your powder eyeliner liquid.

 

As for shades, well I would personally stick to brown or black for day-to-day wear. Brown is softer and less obvious, whereas black can be more of a style statement. Blues, greens, purples and other colors should be kept for ‘special occasions’. You should also follow the same rules for eyeliner color as you did for eye shadow color, as similar colors will flatter your features.

7. Brow liner

Now you might think that brow liner is more of an optional extra, rather than a must-have. But actually, brow liner is probably even more important than mascara.

 

Bold statement I know, but your brows frame your face. They can make your eyes seem bigger and wider, or they can make them appear small and squinty. The power of the brows is infinite. And even if you regularly get your eyebrows tinted, you still need to swipe on some brow liner to complete the look.

 

Choosing a brow liner is actually really easy, just match it to the shade of your eyebrows. You can probably go one or two shades darker if your eyebrows are especially light, but don’t deviate too far from your natural color. You want to enhance your look, not destroy it.

 

8. Blush

To choose a blush, opt for either powder or liquid. This is more of a personal choice than what’s best for your skin type, so try a few different types of blush to see what sits best on your skin and what feels nice.

 

As a general guideline, you can choose colors based on your skin tone. Here are some suggestions:

 

Fair skin: Stick to light, natural looking pinks.

Medium skin: Try middle-range tones like peach and rose pink. Avoid light pinks or browns.

Dark skin: The perfect range is from rose to burnt orange. Avoid browns or light pinks.

 

9. Lip color

Beauty brands seem to delight in offering four thousand different shades of red, so it’s up to you to choose just the right one to add a glow to your face.

Bobbi Brown suggests sticking to colors that are no more than two shades darker than your natural lip color as this will be the most flattering. As for siren reds, well it’s all in the undertones.

 

You can identify the undertone of your skin by flipping your arm over and looking at your veins. If they appear green, then you have a yellow undertone. If they look blue or purple, then you have a pink undertone. From this, you can ask your beauty counter babe to suggest colors for your undertone.

  

10. Brush set

No artist is complete without a set of quality hand tools. So why should makeup be any different?

 

Here are the basic brushes that should grace your makeup bag:

 

Foundation brush

Powder brush

Blush brush

Eye shadow brush

Eye shadow blending brush

Eyeliner/brow brush

Lip brush

 

 

11. Translucent powder

 

Last but not least, we have the magnificent translucent powder. Designed to set your makeup as well as decrease shine and reduce the size of pores, lines and imperfections it’s a must-have product to complete your look.

 

Your translucent powder should be silky, soft and not change the color of your skin tone at all.
